In the background the affirmations will be playing as a subliminal with the following formula: 1st layer is of affirmations at -38 dB at regular speed. 2nd layer is of affirmations at -40 dB at 2x speed. 3rd layer are the affirmations at -42 dB at 4x speed. For music I used bilateral low frequency sounds, gamma waves, crackling fire, underwater bubble sounds and slight rain for the main music and then brown noise, 396 Hz, alpha waves, and rain as the secondary music. I also used OM chanting at 417 Hz. 396 Hz pure tone is for cleansing DNA, letting go of fear, and letting go of doubt. 417 Hz is used to dissolve negative energies like limiting beliefs and stagnant emotional blockages. Alpha waves are used for enhancing subconscious absorption of the affirmations and to produce feelings of calmness. “In optimal conditions gamma waves **help with attention, focus, binding of senses (smell, sight, and hearing), consciousness, mental processing, and perception**.” - ScienceDirect OM chanting is used to reduce stress and anxiety while promoting relaxation. The brown noise, rain, bubbles, fire, and bilateral sounds are intended to help guide you into a relaxed state so both you conscious and subconscious mind are working in sync to accept these beliefs. After the breathwork, the affirmation saturation session will begin. For this session you can close your eyes or keep them open while focusing on one object.
